6th World Hellenic BioMedical Congress

The 6th World Congress of the World Hellenic BioMedical Association, will take place this year in Athens. The Congress is hosted by the Athens Medical Society and will span over 4 days from 11-15 October 2000. It will be a unique opportunity for all Hellenes in the Life Sciences from all over the globe, to meddle in this scientific feast and come closer together. This event which takes place every two years, is anticipated to be the largest of its kind, with hundreds having already confirmed participation.

The opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday 11th of October and the keynote speaker is John Brademas, former leader of the US House of Representatives and Governor of the University of N. York.

The Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Geniki Grammateia Apodimou Ellinismou are sponsoring the event.
