    ANKARA - Ankara Heavy Criminal Court on Friday sentenced four policemen to four years five months and ten days imprisonment terms on charges of torturing Hacettepe University student Birtan Altinbas to death in January 1991 when he was under custody. The court also acquitted four other convicts.
