Some concrete developments already take place in these meetings and a more consistent relationship already started between Turkey and Greece, Foreign Minister Cem said. ''The continuation of this atmosphere is for the benefit of both countries. The committee activities which we started in June have reached a certain maturity. By the end of November or beginning of December, we should be able to see more clearly what we have done so far and what we will do in the future,'' Cem stated. ''I find this positive atmosphere between the two countries very important, but at the same time I approach it with caution. What is obvious is that a mutual trust is being formed between the two societies. This is very important. Because cooperation will grow stronger as long as this trust exists. This will be a serious step to turn the tension in the Aegean into understanding and tolerance,'' Cem continued. When asked the reason of his cautious attitute, Cem said Turkey and Greece had many conflicts for long years.
