The University of Birmingham, UK.

An research (PhD) studentship is available, entitled "On-Board Fuel Reforming of Bio-Diesel Mixtures", in collaboration with Johnson Matthey plc. The engine manufacturer, Lister-Petter Ltd is also participating in the project.

The project has a duration of three years, leading to a PhD degree. The studentship includes tuition fees at UK/EU rate and maintenance of �3000 pa (tax free) for EU citizens. The maintenance for UK citizens is �9800 p.a. (tax free). The successful candidate will also have the option to assist in laboratory and tutorial teaching and earn approximately an additional �1000 pa.
