Special UN envoy mr.Cordovez blamed Turkish-Cypriot leader Pauf Denktash for the failure of the talks in Montreaux, but he pointed out that the effort for the solution of the Cyprus problem will continue.Mr.Denktash accused the EU of undermining the negotiations with its decision to open the accession talks with Cyprus next year. Cypriot President Glafkos Clerides warned that the process for Cyprus' EU accession will not be delayed.
