Referring to the composition of the force, Mr. Tsochatzopoulos said that it will be made up of volunteer soldiers serving a 5-year term in the army, while army reserves will be used only if it will be deemed necessary. The Albanian people will be called to decide on the system of government they prefer for their country in the upcoming parliamentary elections. The decision was made by President Berisha and 10 Albanian political parties. Ex-King Zogu and his family live in South Africa. Political analysts comment that Lekka wants to play a political role in the current developments in Albania.
