In the meantime, eyewitnesses at the site of the tragic incident leading to the death of the 15 yo student, voluntarily appear before the interrogator to support that the bbullet was bound at the young boys, belying the defendants claim that the young boy was shot by a stray bullet. In his statement this morning, a client at a nearby cafeteria said that the special guard fired at the young boys without his life being at risk.

On its part, the young boy's family has requested an autopsy and ballistic test on the spot their son was killed, which needs experts to inspect the pitch of the ground, the height and the angle from which the special guard fired as well as other factors to determine the site from where the boy was shot.
