The Greek football team arrived in Germany to play in the
Confederations Cup against World Champions Brazil on June 16, Thursday,
while they will also play versus Japan and Mexico. Head Coach Otto
Rehhagel stressed he is very happy to be back in his homeland and
added: "I am hoping for a great success in the Confederations Cup." The
Greek delegation departed on Saturday morning and everyone said they
are willing to give 100% of their strength to honour Greek colours. It
is noted that after the match with the World Champions, Greece will
play versus Japan on June 19 in Frankfurt, while it will face Mexico on
June 26.
