Earlier today, it was decided that he would not be forced to attend.His brother and fellow defendant, Christodoulos Xiros has also called for the withdrawal of his pre-trial confession, claiming that he was under severe psychological duress and threatened by the presence of armed men from the anti-terrorist squad. The court's ruling on the motion is expected tomorrow.
