Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat also condemned the bloody attack and called on the Israeli government to immediately make a joint declaration for a cease fire and to start implementing the US authored truce -to-peacemaking plan intended to end the bloodshed. Russia called both sides to stick to the peace procedures and the Mitchell' s proposals. [04] Proposals for the Pasok party new chartThe Pasok Party, General Secretary Kostas Skandalidis said that proposals for the party' s chart provide for the upgrading of the Executive Office with an increase of its members to 17 and reduction in the sectors of the Central Committee.
