  • [01] Discover the eastern Aegean-Lesvos

Lesvos is the island-symbol of humanity and solidarity. It is the island that always embraced those in need.

Lesvos is a bridge of civilizations, flavors and legends, between east and west.

You can visit the old mansions in the eastern coast and the picturesque Molyvos, the charming Plomari in the south and the magnificent Eressos in the west.

Another attraction of the island is the Petrified Forest, and the Teriade Musem with works of Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Leger, Tsarouhis, but also the neighboring Museum of folk painter Theophilos.

Lesvos calls visitors to swim at its crystal clear waters, walk to the ancient paths, taste its flavors and fragrances and try the widely known aperitif ouzo.

[02] Greek Embassy in Rome: No Greeks among the victims of earthquake

The Greek Embassy in Rome in a post on Facebook informed that based on the latest data Greek citizens were not among the victims or casualties of the earthquake.
