[01] Bad weather conditions intercept refugees arrival on Lesvos
The adverse weather conditions that prevail across the country have,
temporarily at least, intercepted the migrants and refugees inflow to
Lesvos in the last 24 hours.
Only 17 persons have been identified at Moria hotspot while according to
authorities 2,854 persons have departed from the island on Sunday. Police
said that 364 identified migrants and refugees are still on the island
ready to leave as soon as possible.
300 migrants and refugess arrived on Chios island after midnight that
have been already identified and are expected to leave the island as
soon as a ferry dock at Chios port.
