ANA-MPA -- Negotiations on the new three-year aid programme for Greece will take about four weeks to be completed, Eurogroup chief Jeroen Dijsselbloem said during a press conference on Monday. He said designing a complete programme anew takes time and added: "We have asked the institutions to do this as quickly as possible but it will probably be closer to four weeks than two weeks." If all goes well with their planning, Dijsselbloem said, the Eurogroup will hold two conference calls this week to set the process on its course. He noted that next week Greece will have to pass two more prior actions through parliament, which will speed up the process. He also said the Eurogroup discussed the issue of bridge financing to tackle Greece's urgent needs. "This is very complex, we looked at a number of possibilities but there are technical, legal, financial and political issues to consider so we've tasked a group of technical experts to look on that," he explained and added that on Tuesday the EuroWorking Group will look at the team's report and then hold a conference call on this issue to see what solutions can be found. During the meeting, Dijsselbloem was re-elected to his post following a unanimous vote, according to a Eurogroup statement.
