[01] Delphi ancient theatre hosts one-time performance
AMNA / The partially restored ancient theatre at the eponymous
archaeological site of Delphi, located in south central Greece
and regarded as the "navel of the world" during antiquity, hosted a
one-time-only recital on Saturday, July 21, 2012, of works by ancient
playwrights and poets. The performance marked the first time in 37 years
that the odeon hosted such an event, which on Saturday was entitled
"A Night at Delphi".
