[01] PM departs for Paris meeting on Libya
ANA-MPA - Prime Minister and Socialist International President George
Papandreou departed for Paris on Saturday in order to attend a meeting
organised by French President Nicolas Sarkozy to discuss the UN
Security Council resolution for Libya.
Earlier, the prime minister had chaired a meeting of the Socialist
International presidium taking place at the Acropolis Museum in Athens,
which also discussed events in the Middle East and north Africa. He is
due back in Athens for the second part of the SI meeting later on
Saturday evening.
