In doing this, however, the prime minister is not slandering only the country but his own party (PASOK) as well, Samaras warned. The main opposition leader pledged that ND will "search for and bring to light all the facts on those who slander the economy and contributed to the current situation, which has led the young people to unemployment, the shops to going out of business one by one and to national depression". Samaras said he will bring all the facts to light so as to give once again a "passport of hope to the youth and the citizens". In Egaleo to boost the ND-backed candidates in November's local government elections, Samaras toured the commercial center and spoke with residents and ship-owners The ND Political Committee meets on Sunday at the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF) to discuss the party's strategy for the local administration elections.
