Individual sector indices were moving mostly downward, with the biggest losses in Insurance, down 3.16 percent; Mass Media, down 2.41 percent; and Food & Beverage, down 0.87 percent.

The biggest gains were in Raw Materials, up 1.07 percent; Financial Services, up 0.34 percent; and Oil & Gas, up 0.31 percent.

The FTSE/ASE 20 index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 0.18 percent, the FTSE/ASE MID 40 index was down 0.15 percent, and the FTSE/ASE-80 small cap index was up 0.33 percent.

Of the stocks moved, 56 were up, 45 were down, and 21 were unchanged.
