Peloponese, damage reported in Achaia hotel (adds)A light earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale jolted the Northern Peloponese and parts of west-central Greece at noon on Sunday.The trembler, which was recorded at 12:00 noon at a distance of 150 kilometers west of Athens, with its epicenter in the sea northwest of Egio, was felt in the prefectures of Achaia, Corinth, Aetoloakarmania and Fokida. The only damage initially reported was to a hotel in the Lambiri, Egialias province in Achaia. A Civil Protection official from Achaia prefecture was already at the hotel, while a team of engineers was expected for a detailed inspection to see whether it was safe for the hotel's occupants to remain there.
