Rain is forecast in most parts of the country. Snow will fall on high ground in the west and low-lying areas of western Macedonia and Epirus. Winds variable, light to strong, turning gale force at sea. In the north, temperatures will range from -4C to 6C; on the rest of the mainland from -1C to 13C; and in the islands from 6C to 14C. Temperatures in Athens between 1C and 12C, with rain in the evening; and in Thessaloniki from 0C to 6C.
