AEK Athens lost 5-0 to Barcelona of Spain in a UEFA Cup fourth round
second leg match played at Nuevo Campo stadium in Barcelona on Thursday
night and was eliminated from the tournament. The goals were scored by
Luis Enrique in the 22nd, 31st and 60th minutes, Rivaldo in the 57th
and by Gerard in the 87th minute with a penalty.
AEK had also lost 1-0 in the first leg match played at Nikos Goumas
stadium in Athens last week.
