    LUXEMBOURG - European Union foreign ministers agreed a new law on Monday to counter U.S. anti-Cuba legislation, EU diplomats said.

    LUXEMBOURG - The European Union on Monday imposed strict limits on contacts with Burmese officials and their families in response to what the 15-nation bloc sees as Burma's continuing failure to respect human rights.
