[01] FRIENDLY FOOTBALL MATCH TO TAKE PLACE IN JUNE

The match between the under 18 team of AEL Limassol and Gensler Birligi of the occupied area will take place on 12 and 19 June.

The first game, on 12 June, will be at the Makarios stadium in Nicosia and the return match will take place on 19 June at the Ataturk stadium in the occupied area.

[02] KENAN EVREN DEPARTS

Speaking at the occupied Tymbou airport prior to his departure, Evren said that at the first opportunity he will be visiting the occupied area again and added: "Cyprus is one of our parts with which we have become closely related. It is not possible to separate us."

He suggested to the Turkish Cypriots to take bold economic steps to raise the standard of living in the occupied area.

Nevzah further said that work on privatization of the Dome Hotel in occupied Kyrenia is continuing and every possibility is being considered.
