[02] Kasoulides - Contacts Abroad
Nicosia, Aug 21 (CNA) -- Foreign Minister, Ioannis Kasoulides, leaves on
Monday for a series of visits to Lisbon, Athens and South Africa.
Kasoulides' first stop will be Lisbon to visit EXPO '98 and the Cyprus
pavilion. The minister will attend celebrations on the occasion of the
Cyprus Day on August 25.
From Lisbon, Kasoulides will depart for Athens to accompany President
Glafcos Clerides to meetings with the Greek government.
Clerides will meet Greek Prime Minister, Costas Simitis, during his one
day visit to the Greek capital.
From there, Kasoulides will go to Durban, South Africa, on August 27
for the summit of the Non-Aligned Movement.
