They were discussing direct financial help of the international community for payment of wages for employees in education, civil servants, police officers and customs officials. He stated that the "situation in RS has improved", although there are still problems in the economic field, which would be solved very soon.BANJALUKA - The RS President Biljana Plavsic had talks in Banjaluka with the Egyptian Ambassador to B&H Ahmet Abu Talib, about possibilities of economic cooperation between the two countries. As it was stated from the President's Cabinet, Biljana Plavsic insisted on establishing of cooperation between Universities of RS and Egypt. SARAJEVO - The president in B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik had talks in Lukavica with the British Foreign Affairs Minister Robin Cook about work of the new Government, financial help to RS, B&H common institutions and establishing of permanent peace according to the Dayton agreement. Krajisnik said that he was pleased with work of the new RS Government, "which established good connection with the international community". He added that it would be good if promised economic help arrived on time. SARAJEVO - The president in B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik expressed bitterness because of what was happening in Kosovo. He warned that no one has right to usurp and separate that inaliable part of Serbia. "Problem of Kosovo is an internal matter of Serbia and problem of Serbian people only, because Kosovo represents their symbol", stated Krajisnik for SRNA adding that RS will contribute to solve the Kosovo issue. BIJELJINA - RS Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) stated that the dead line for replacing of license plates - March 31 - has been postponed for two months, but the price will stay the same, 15 DM. Main reasons for this postponing are "technical problems related to production of license plates, precise recording and new registration card". SOKOLAC - Newly appointed chief of staff in the RS Army major general Momir Talic and his predecessor brigadier general Pero Colic visited today, in the framework of transfer, command and units of the 5th Corps of VRS in Sokolac. They visited a hospital in Podromanija and had talks with the commanding officer of the 5th Corps brigadier general Dragan Josipovic. DOBOJ - General Director of the RS railroad (ZRS) Marinko Kontic announced for March 5 in Zagreb, beginning of talks about establishing railway traffic between B&H and Croatia. Kontic announced that he would have talks with representatives of ZRS and FB&H because, according to him, both entities were interested in establishing, as soon as possible, civil and freight traffic between B&H and Croatia. BANJALUKA - The vice-president of the Serbian People Association (SNS) Ostoja Knezevic expressed discontent with previous activities of RS MUP because " they were not effective". SNS Main Board asked relevant Ministry "to unite authority through out the whole region of RS regarding customs, financial police, informing and other instruments which would show the real authority of the legal organs in the RS Government". BANJALUKA - Coordination Board of Association of refugees and displaced Serbs from Glamoc, Grahovo and Drvar and coalition "Homeland" expressed a firm stance that building of a military fire range in Glamoc should be stopped, and financial assets be invested in economic and social renewal of the region. In a letter to the International Community High Representative Carlos Westendorp, Coalition expressed concern because FB&H gave a concord for building a tank range in Glamoc in spite of previous requests of Serbeian refugees for demilitarisation of that region. BANJALUKA - The spokesman of the RS Socialist Party (SP) Igor Radojicic expressed concern at a press-conference in Banjaluka because of recent events in Kosovo and repeated a stance of SP that Kosovo was an internal matter of Serbia and FRY. Radojicic warned that the goal of that violence and terrorism was - secession of Kosovo from Serbia. He emphasised that such kind of actions should be sanctioned in accordance with the laws of Serbia and FRY in the same way as it has been done in Ireland, Basque, Corsica. BRUSSELS - World Serb Parliament (SSS) sent a letter to the European Commissioner for Foreign Affairs Hans Van den Brook, informing him that they were pledging for respecting of Albanians' rights and all minority in Serbia.
