The spokesman of Serbian Democratic Party SDS Mladen Bosic stated for SRNA that the incident in Brcko was connected with Arbitrage of disputed inter-entity boundary line (IEBL) and added that the Muslims had announced something like that.BRUSSELES - An official decision on forming of new peace forces in B&H, which would replace SFOR after its mandate has expired, is being expected at a Friday's meeting of NATO Council and countries which are members of SFOR, but not of NATO, among which is Russia too, is learned from diplomatic sources. The new peace forces will be the same size until general elections in September, and then its number, depending on situation in the field, will be reduced to 20,000-25,000, agencies report. SRBAC - The Secretary General of Party of Indepented Socialdemocrats (SNSD) Nenad Bastinac emphasised in Srbac that " party infrustructure has to be created within SNSD, especially in eastern parts of RS, where there are still some municipalities in which initiative boards have not been created yet". BELGRADE - UN Office and the International War Crimes Tribunal in Hague spokesman in Belgrade Susan Manuel warned at a press-conference in Belgrade that many incidents, intimidations and threats of Serbian people have been recorded in the region of Eastern Slavonia. Nevertheless she assessed that situation has not been yet "serious". She reminded that Eastern slavonia had been recently visited by a group of diplomats from Zagreb and UNHCR represenatatives, who on that occasion " asked from the international community to exert pressure on Croatian Government to fulfill all obligations concerning position of the Serbian people". NEW YORK - The United States assess positively all visits and statements of the RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik and they are showing willingness to help the work of the new Cabinet, is conclusion from meetings of the RS delegation, which was headed by the Prime Minister Dodik, and representatives of American administration in the Stated Department. The deputy special representative for implementation of the Dayton peace accord Matthew Daily confirmed that the RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik was openly supporting the peace accord and assessed that "comparing with the previous one, Dodik's Government has a positive omen". Daily assessed that American administration was encouraging and supporting the World Bank to give credits to the newly elected RS Government. SARAJEVO - The President in the B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik and the special envoy of the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry Alexander Axenenok had talks in Pale about realisation of Bonn Conference's conclusions, work of common institutions and current issues regarding RS. "We will support all positive moves of the RS Government", emphasised Krajisnik. He also said that "it is not good that some structures and maybe the Government itself are implementing principles of revanche, which must be eliminated in order not to come into conflict with forces, which are feeling deprived". SARAJEVO - The UN spokesman Alexander Ivanko expressed at a press- conference in Sarajevo concern because of burning of Serbian houses in Drvar, and assessed that Croatian nationalists, who were in control of this town, were preventing return of Serbian refugees. "Only in last two days three Serbian houses were burnt", Ivanko emphasised. He explained mostly it were houses whose owners were intending to come back. Deputy High International Representative Hans Schumacher stated that two days ago he had talks with the deputy mayor of Drvar Drago Toknadzija in which he demanded from him "to reveal who committed these crimes in the town". SARAJEVO - The President of the Presidency of Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Aleksa Buha denied in Pale information of some Belgrade media that the party could change the name and leadership soon. "Certainly the party is not going to change the name nor the leadership at the annual assembly of SDS", Buha emphasised in a statement for SRNA. PRISTINA - The deputy head of district of Kosovo Veljko Odalovic assessed in talks he had with the Italian Ambassador to FR Yugoslavia (FRY) Ricardo Seso in Pristina that there was still no Serbian-Albanian dialogue because of insisting of Albanian minority on secession of this part of Serbia. He also assessed that terrorism represents a great problem and threats to all citizens of Kosovo. PRISTINA - The chief of European Commission Department for FRY Hainsorg Kremcher presented in Pristina a stance of EU that announced elections of Albanians for "Republic of Kosovo" had or would have no legitimacy and validity in the international community. In the talks between the EU and the district's secretary for informing Bosko Drobnjak a concord has been reached that Kosmet is a part of Serbia and FRY and that the permanent solution for this problem can be reached only through Serbian- Albanian dialogue. PRISTINA - The U.S. Government is concerned with the current situation in Kosmet, but it does not support any forms of terrorism and violation with purpose to realise some political aims - the chief of mission of the American Embassy in Belgrade Richard Miles emphasised. During the talks with deputy head of Kosovo district Veljko Odalovic and district's secretary for informing Bosko Drobnjak, Miles said that he would convey this stance of the American Government to the leaders of Albanian Political parties, but also a request to more severely condemn terroristic action of so-called liberation army of Kosovo. PRISTINA - Democratic Party of Serbia thinks that democratisation and regionalism of Serbia is the best way to find a solution for Kosovo's problem, the president of the regional board of Party for Kosmet Marko Jaksic stated in Pristina.
