TREBINJE - At consultations in Trebinje, heads of local electoral commissions and Herzegovina teams for registration were informed by the representatives of the OSCE Office in Trebinje of changes in the rules for registration, made by the Provisional Electoral Commission. Due to numerous problems on the field, there was a need for mutual up-dating of the local electoral commissions and OSCE, which should result in larger voters turnout, which is in this part of RS slightly above 50% of constituency. VISEGRAD - The voters registration in Visegrad, Cajnice, Rudo, Rogatica and Srpsko Gorazde, where the determined rules were not breached, is satisfactory - this was assessed at the seminary of the representatives of local electoral commissions. SARAJEVO - SFOR is worried about reports of RS media about the event at SFOR's check point in Tizine, when SFOR troops checked RS vice-president Dragoljub Mirjanic, stated SFOR spokesman, Chris Raily, at a press conference in Lukavica. "SFOR must set up check points in order to carry out its tasks. THE HAGUE - Branislava Isailovic, counsel for Dragan Opancic, who gave false testimony in the process against Dusan Tadic, filled an appeal against the decision of the Hague Tribunal Chamber to return her client to the custody of B-H Federation, because of justifiable fear that the Muslims will continue mistreating him.
