SARAJEVO - According to merit of the European countries, the state of affairs in the Dayton B&H - which US cannot accept, but are insisting on the implementation of the Dayton agreement, without being considerate of the problems - was finally learned at the London conference, stated Republika Srpska (RS) president Biljana Plavsic. She pointed out that US are urging a quick return of refugees and the resolving of the problem of the interentity boundary line in the region of Brcko, the issue to which the most of attention was paid at the London conference, although the Dayton agreement calls for freedom to chose a place of living.

SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of Dayton B&H, Momcilo Krajisnik, talked in Pale with British Ambassador to Sarajevo, Charles Crawford, and deputy director of the Organisation for Central Banking Studies of the English Bank, Robin MecKonaky, about forming a Central Bank and establishing the system of payment.

SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of Dayton B&H, Momcilo Krajisnik, talked in Pale with Deputy High Representative Michael Steiner, about the Council of Ministers' composition and the defining of rules for war criminals. After the meeting, Steiner expressed his belief that the composition of the Council of Ministers will be determined by consensus at tomorrow's meeting of the Presidency.

BIJELJINA - The president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS), Dragan Kalinic, and the vice-presidents, Miroslav Vjestica and Nikola Poplasen, respectively, talked in Bijeljina with heads of the commissions and working bodies of the Assembly, about preparations for a work plan of the Assembly in the coming period. The president and vice-presidents of the Parliament, talked with leadership of the Municipality of Bijeljina, about the current economic and political matters in this part of RS.

SARAJEVO - RS minister of agriculture, forestry and water management, Djojo Arsenovic, talked in Pale with general director of the International Corporation for Management, Dominick Manikiny, about the technical aspects of the future cooperation. After the meeting, minister Arsenovic stated that the Corporation is "mediating in the projects of the European Commission and World Bank with the RS government, which is interested in assisting in the project on water supply of RS".

BANJALUKA - IFOR is disappointed with behaviour of the local residents in Bosanska Krupa, where a group of Muslim women recently prevented the holding a news conference, because of the presence of Serb journalists, stated in Banjaluka the IFOR Southwest Sector deputy spokesman, William Seems. He condemned this hostile performance, assessing that "freedoms of movement and press should be a cornerstone of a democratic society, but not only the paragraphs of the Dayton agreement."

BRCKO - The mayor of Brcko, Radoslav Bogicevic, stated that after the arbitration, Muslims, who wish to stay in RS, will have to accept its laws. "We don't want painful winter movings of people to repeat, that were seen in Vukosavlje and Sarajevo after Dayton. But the Muslims from the villages surrounding Brcko, such as Palanka, Brka, Gornji Rahic and Rasljani - which are to be joined to RS after the arbitration - will be allowed to stay if they accept the RS Constitution and Laws", pointed out Bogicevic.

BANJALUKA - On the occasion of an outstanding victory of the RS karate experts at the World Cup in Hungary, RS president Biljana Plavsic, sent a greeting card to the Karate Association.
