SARAJEVO - The Presidency of the Dayton B-H should meet next week, stated minister of foreign affairs of the B-H Federation, Jadranko Prlic, after his meeting with the chief of Greek diplomacy, Theodor Pangalos in Sarajevo.

ZURICH - The OSCE chair, Swiss foreign minister Flavio Cotti, dismissed as completely unfounded accusations by the high representative in the Dayton B- H, Carl Bildt, that the OSCE did not take on the responsibility for organisation of the local elections in the Dayton B-H. Spokesman of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Franc Egle, confirmed in Bern that Cotti wrote to Bildt, rejecting objections about the OSCE work.

MOSCOW - The German IFOR troops will, together with their French fellow soldiers, stay in Dayton Bosnia next year, writes "Liternaturaja Gazeta". German and French troops are presumed to create a 3,000-men strong battalion under command of Bundesver general stationed in the French zone of operations.

BRUSSELS - NATO Council decided not to change instructions to its soldiers in the Dayton B-H, which means that the mandate of NATO troops in the arrest of war crimes suspects remains the same for 1997, reports AFP, referring to its diplomatic sources. According to the instructions, soldiers can arrest persons indicted by the Hague Tribunal on war crimes only if they encounter them and only under condition that the arrest would not endanger soldiers' lives.

THE HAGUE - A satellite hearing was held today in the Hague Tribunal of witnesses of defence of Dusan Tadic. The witnesses completely "covered" the period of time during which Tadic allegedly committed crimes against the Muslims in Omarska.

SARAJEVO - The Working Group for Missing Persons, formed by the ICRC, announced that all three sides in the Dayton Bosnia provided information on the identity of almost 600 deceased persons, whose remains are exhumed.

SARAJEVO - Even after today's meeting in Sarajevo, the Croats and Muslims did not come to terms on the constituting of the Sarajevo canton authority, reports Muslim Radio-Sarajevo. After the meeting, Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) representative, Bozo Rajic, stated that the position of the Federal partners are still quite distant from each other and that many issues remain contentious.

MOSTAR - Four Muslim policemen in Zovik, near Mostar, beat Croats Mario Drmac form Kiseljak and Drago Dubosevic from Zagreb, reports Croatian Radio Herzeg-Bosnia, concluding that in the eastern part of Mostar the terror is still very much a practice. According to the Radio, Drago Dovlovic's car was stoned in the vicinity of the Franciscan monastery.

MOSCOW - The Russian security chief Alexander Lebed, refused all accusation of the Russian interior minister Anatoly Kulikov of preparing a coup d' etat. "There is no mention of any attempt of coup d' etat", stated Lebed, and said citizens "can have a peaceful sleep"

MOSCOW - The Russian president Boris Yeltzin is concerned over of accusations on account of the National Security chief Alexander Lebed, so he asked prime minister Victor Chernomidin to explain what is going on, stated the spokesman of the Russian president.
