GRADISKA - The Dayton Agreement is lesser then we desired, but its great advantages from the point of view of the Serbian people is that Republika Srpska has got its borders and relative ly high level of sovereignty - stated at Gradiska the vice president and acting president of RS Biljana Plavsic. "Serbs are the masters on their territory" - concluded Mrs. Plavsic, during the visit to this municipality.

SARAJEVO - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of RS Aleksa Buha talked in Pale with the Special Envoy of the UN General Secretary Igbal Riza about the problems related with the organisation of impending elections at the territory of the former B&H. The minister Buha particularly warned at the danger of vote manipula tions, especially those which are coming by mail. "We agreed that it is necessary to enable coming of all from CroatianMoslem federation which want to vote in RS, and versus, but we found out a numerous difficulties related with that, because the technical ly it will be very difficult to organise the arrival of great number of people" - explained the chief of the Serbian diplomacy.

ZVORNIK - B&H represents the political notion which is currently functioning like union, although the other side feels it lake a state - stressed the president of RS government Velibor Ostojic in an interview for todays issue of "Srpski glas". "I am not satisfied with the border corrections, although it had to be done" - emphasised Ostojic and added that the Government and the leadership of Srpska assessed that this is well done job. The vicepresident of the Government thinks that the Brcko case is left as the last method for pressure against the Serbian people and its leadership, but can't see any reason for setting up the arbitrage over this city.

BANJA LUKA - The voters in RS have to vote for the patriotic parties, especially in the places where SDA announced its nomina tion - is concluded at the today's press conference of the Serbi an Radical Party /SRS/ at Banja Luka. "SRS is hoping that the elections will be held at the scheduled time, and the voting abroad and FR YUgoslavia, which was scheduled little earlier, caused fears and suspicion in the regularity and possibility that some individuals vote twice" - said the vicepresident of SRS and the candidate for vicepresident of Srpska Nikola Spiric.

LUKAVICA - The police officer Veljko Niksic is seriously wounded at Dobrinja IV region last night when the Moslem were shooting at the patrol of Serbian police, which was regular patrol at this place, - is stated in the information given to SRNA in the police station /SJB/ Kula. With incident was ac quainted the representatives of IFOR and IPTF, which didn't do anything yet.

HAMBURG - The German commentators of all political and ideo logical directions unanimously assessed that the agreement be tween Croats and Moslems in Mostar, is reached under the synchro nised pressure of EU and U.S., in the most favourable variant brings only temporary peace in the chronically poisoned political climate in that city. "Agreement is achieved, but there has to be seen shall it be realised" - noticed the commentator of the con servative daily "Hamburger Abendtblat" and concluded that it is hard to believe in the good will of somebody who, like Croats, with leisure ignore the ultimatums of the world community. "Without regard on how the Mostar affair will be solved, EU, in the poker game about the city on Neretva river obtained one ultimately suspicious fame" - assessed the commentator of this news.

BERLIN - Almost all of the German news are writing about yesterday's meeting of the Serbian and Croatian presidents Slobo dan Milosevic and Franjo Tudjman, while assessing it like the triumph of Croatia. "The agreement between Tudjman and Milosevic about the mutual recognition of two states. "The agreement be tween Tudjman and Milosevic on the mutual recognition is the crown of success of the Croatian diplomacy" - concluded "Berliner Morgen Post" and is explaining that the Serbian president in this way "not only confessed that Serbs were defeated but more than that - Milosevic while recognising Croatia actually accepted humiliating conditions of that defeat". The news reminds that the Tudjman's regime expelled from Croatia more than half million of Serbs, and no consequences he suffered because of that, like for example economic sanctions, but is recognised by the official Belgrade too.

SARAJEVO - The High Representative for the implementation of the civilian part of Dayton agreement Carl Bildt expressed last night discontentment because of the problem of bringing to life CroatianMoslem federation. In the statement for the Moslems TV Bildt stressed that Croats few months ago gave the assurances that Croatian Republic HercegBosna /HRHB/ will be transformed into cultural, but now also into political community.

DUBROVNIK - The Mayor of Dubrovnik Ivo Obuljan received yesterday the former "ustasha's" officer Ivo Rojnica, which since the end of the Second World War lives in Argentina - reports the radio "Deutsche Wele". During the stay in Croatia Rojnica is promoting his book "Meetings and happenings", in which he de scribed the life and activities of the Croatian emigrants in Argentina in last 40 years.
