SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik assessed the 61st session of the Serbian parliament at Pale as successful while emphasising that "by adopted legal provisions is supplemented the system and completed obligations which the Assembly had". Krajisnik, after the finishing of session, said that by correcting the Constitu tion was established Senate as the highest advisory body, which would contribute overcoming eventual problems in the future, particularly when the interest of the state is in question".

SARAJEVO - By adopting the Law about election and dismissal of the president and vicepresident, which was adopted unanimous- ly, and by the discussion about the information about the en forcement of the Law about the deserted property, the National Assembly of RS finished the 61st session. The particular atten tion of delegates called out the information of the Ministry for refugees and displaced persons about the enforcement of the Law about deserted property, on which occasion many objections were given. The minister for refugees and displaced persons in the RS government Ljubisa Vladisic stressed that many communities in RS during the war reached good results in accommodation of refugees, but from February until now the results were not quite satisfac tory. By adopting the Amendments to the Constitution, the Senate is established as the advisory body of the highest institutions of the Republic. The Senate will have 55 members, which will be nominated by the president of RS, and they will be outstanding persons from the public, scientific and cultural life. It is anticipated that this body would consider the issues of the special importance for the entire development of RS, including the national aspect.

BELGRADE - The president of Serbia Slobodan Milosevic came out against excluding the SDS from the September's elections, during the meeting with the chief of OSCE mission for the former B&H Robert Frowick. As agencies transmit, Milosevic stressed that it is necessary enable all political parties to have equal par ticipating at the elections in the former B&H.

MOSCOW - The spokesman of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Grigorij Karasin stated that there doesn't exist neither legal nor political reasons to forbid the registration of the SDS candidates only because on the head of it is Radovan Karadzic. "The Russia is seriously worried because of the call to forbid the leading Serbian party participating at elections and unneces sary making problems with the role of the president Karadzic", stated Karasin for INTERFAX.

BELGRADE - The president of the Serbian movement for resto ration /SPO/ Vuk Draskovic stated that the coming elections in the former B&H will not be democratic and legitimate if OSCE forbid the participation of SDS. "If the president of RS Radovan Karadzic be forced to leave the place of the president of SDS, as the condition for participating of the party at elections, they will be ultimately notdemocratic and not-free", concluded Dras- kovic at the press conference at Belgrade.

BELGRADE - The presidency of the Parliamentary national party /SNS/ condemned the request of the chief of OSCE for the former B&H Robert Frowick and USA to forbid SDS to participate at the elections scheduled for September. "In such an request, SNS see the act of destruction of RS and deviation from the Dayton agreement", is stressed in the announcement of the party.

ATHENS - The Greece media with bitterness concluded that the blackmailing and pressures of the leading international factors on the RS are not ceasing, while emphasising the threatening requests for the extradition of the president Karadzic to the Hague Tribunal. Some Greece radio stations warn that "shameful and unjust prosecution of the leading people in RS will not stop before the leading world factors satisfy their needs."

BRCKO - The high representatives of IFOR and OSCE rejected at Brcko to accept the responsibility for the security of Croats and Moslems which would eventually come out on the elections in September at the Brcko municipality. "If you have blinded busses and enough courage, only in that case, and with your own risk, you can come out at electoral sites in the city" - was the mes sage to Croats and Moslems by commander of IFOR at Brcko vice colonel Cucolo.

LONDON - "Mujahedins" /mercenaries/ from Islamic countries which, contrary to the provisions of the Dayton agreement, still didn't withdraw from the former Bosnia, are becoming more and more dangerous even for domestic Moslems, writes the London's "Guardian", according to the statements of the Moslem authori ties. The cases that the "holly warriors" are forcing domestic Moslem girls to marry them are more and more frequent, and also frequent is the hijacking and forcible taking the property, assert the "Guardian" sources.
