KRAGUJEVAC - The vicepresident of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic concluded today that the Dayton agreement is obligatory for RS, adding that RS "implements the agreement straightly, but the other side should be addressed for the prob lems to its implementation." In a statement for RadioKragujevac, Biljana Plavsic stated that the last week's agreement in Geneva encouraged the agreement.

AMSTERDAM - The Hague Tribunal is struck by a large finan cial problems for the UN provides amounts of money sufficient for "survival and shortterm functioning", writes "Fogstrant". The commentator of the paper points out that there is good reason for doubt if the Tribunal is going to succeed to stay in life and realise its initial idea - to grow into a serious international and legal institution.

BEOGRAD - The president of Serbia Slobodan Milosevic, stated in an interview for the weekly "Spiegel" that he does not "see anybody in the RS leadership opposing to the Dayton agreement". He said the RS vicepresident Biljana Plavsic, during her visit to Belgrade, "showed her absolute readiness for implementation the Dayton agreement".

DOBOJ - The president of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) Vojislav Seselj, warned at a meeting in Doboj that a fierce battle awaits the Serbian people for the creation of Serbian state for "it still is not a time of endurable peace". He stated that the Serbian people will have to face the constant attacks of recent enemies on the battlefield and their assistants - interna tional mentors while struggling for their state".

SRPSKI BROD - We are ready for coalition with the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) before or after elections, stated the SRS leader Vojislav Seselj at meeting in Srpski Brod, in the presence of 2,000 assembled residents. He believes that "there are two serious patriotic political parties in RS - SRS and SDS - which are loyal to their people and which are ready to fight for their motherland."

SARAJEVO - The Muslim authority again denies its own claims that it want "multinational Bosnia" and the return of the Serbs to their parts of Sarajevo, announcing today that the Muslims will move in residential buildings and private houses in Ilidza, left by the Serbs by beginning of the year. Muslim deputy minis ter for refugees and Diaspora Haris Basic stated today in this Serb community, which belongs to the Muslims under the Dayton agreement that "everybody who came to live in Ilidza will be given DM 2,000 and the construction material for rebuilding of destroyed houses", reports Muslim RadioSarajevo.

MOSTAR - Following mutual arrests and detention of hostages in the boulevard of the mafia clashes in the eastern part of Mo star, the temperature in the MuslimCroat relations reached the boiling point after the wounding of a Croat in the community of Livac. The EU administrator Peres Kasado refused to bring these incidents into connection with the obstruction of elections, stressing that "the incidents should be dealt with by police, and not politicians." /end/
