French media assess that this move of the French president will irritate Muslim, because it represents, as they emphasise, " de facto recognition of RS".VIENNA - RS vice-president and chief of Serbian delegation in arbitrage of inter-entity boundary line (IEBL) in the region of Brcko Dragoljub Mirjanic stated in Vienna that the fourth day of talks was marked by discussions on implementation of local elections in RS and human rights, especially in the field of housing problems. The main coordinator in RS Government for arbitration procedure Miodrag Pajic assessed that it was about "arbitrage of the century" in Vienna and confirmed that totally 18 witnesses from the international community and FB&H have been interrogated. VIENNA - The representative of Croats-controlled Municipality of Ravne - Brcko in arbitration procedure of IEBL in the region of Brcko Mijo Anic informed in Vienna the chairman of Arbitration Court Roberts Owen that Croats would not participate in its further work. Anic delivered to Owens a letter from B&H Federation (FB&H) vice-president Vladimir Soljic of disagreements between Muslim and Croats, who, as the letter says, refused for FB&H president Ejup Ganic to represent their interests in Vienna arbitration procedure. VIENNA - The president of RS Government Milorad Dodik arrived in Vienna , where he is due to have talks with Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs Wolfgang Schissel about concrete help and support of Austria to RS. According to him, it is anticipated that they will come to an agreement about economic cooperation between these two countries, and RS Government will ask Vienna to approve transit visa. After the meeting with Schissel, RS Prime Minister will hold a press-conference, and his participation in the work of the Arbitration Court for IEBL in the region of Brcko has been announced as well. SARAJEVO - His Holiness metropolitan Dabrobosanski Mr. Nikolaj has gone to Brussels on the invitation of the chairman of the European Parliament Hans van den Bruck together with delegation of B&H Inter-Religion Council. The delegation is consisted of the head of Islamic religious community Mustafa Ceric, Vrhbosanski cardinal Vinko Puljic and the president of European Cultural, Education, Humanitarian Association "Labenevolencija" Jacob Finsly. The delegation will also have talks with NATO Secretary General Javier Solana and inform him about situation in B&H and stances of their religious communities. BANJALUKA - His Holiness bishoup of Banjaluka Mr. Jefrem performed at commemorative charnel house in Drakulic liturgy and requiem for the peace of souls of innocent victims of ustasha's (pro-fascist collaborators in NDH) slaughter of 2, 370 Serbs in villages around Banjaluka committed in 1942. "Words can not express our feelings and horror of their suffering in a such place of execution" - said the bishoup Jefrem. Commemoration of victims of ustasha's slaughter was attended by several thousands of inhabitants of Banjaluka, representatives of Serbian Orthodox Church, Veteran's Organisation and many other associations of citizens. BANJALUKA - International Community High Representative for B&H Carlos Westendorp exceeded his authorities by the decision that the name of entities should be erased from cover of the new B&H passport and violated regulations of the Law on Passports - warned a member of Serbian Intellectual Forum prof. DSc Petar Kunic. In a statement for Serbian Television he explained that Westendorp was not competent to suspend law regulations of the article no. 6 of the Law on B&H Passports, because that law has been legally and legislatively accepted by both houses of B&H Parliamentary Assembly. SPLIT - In a jail of the District Office Court in Split 15 Serbs have been going on a hunger strike for 7 days now, and no one cares about the fact that they are in a very bad condition - Croatian judiciary is silent, and the prisoners were visited only by representatives of the International Committee of Red Cross, claims Belgrade "Vecernje novosti" . The captured Serbs have asked , before they went on the strike, for Croatian judiciary to turn them over to the Hague Tribunal, so they could prove there innocence there. They have been sentenced to five-twenty year prison term, and without evidences and witnesses they have been charged with mining of the dam of hydro-electric power plant "Peruca" on Cetina near Sinje. NEW YORK - The American Government has called on Turkey to provide better security for Orthodox churches and other religious institutions through out the country, to investigate causes for recent attacks against Orthodox churches and punish the ones responsible for that.
