The meeting was attended by delegates of: Poland - colonel Marek Lisyak, Ukraine, colonel Timothy Shiya, Slovenia colonel Dragutin Mate, Germany colonel Wolf Rimmer, Japan, colonel Katsuki Togashi and France, colonel Alain Millet.SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik talked in Pale with the deputy High Representative Hans Schumacher about passing the Laws on passports, citizenship and Council of Ministers, about which both Houses of Parliamentary Assembly of B&H should discuss. "The High Representative will undertake appropriate actions if Parliamentary Assembly of B&H do not adopt mentioned laws", warns Schumacher. SARAJEVO - Because of lack of quorum the beginning of the session of the House of Representatives of Parliamentary Assembly of B&H at which the delegates should adopt the Laws on passports and citizenship, was delayed for 19.00 h. The deputy presiding of the House of Representatives Halid Genjac will inform the present delegates whether the rest of delegates will be able to come at the session, in order to provide the quorum. BRCKO - Because of the lack of delegates from Federation of B&H in Brcko was postponed the continuation of the First constitutive session of the new convocation of municipal assembly /SO/. The delegates of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, Serbian Radical Party and Socialistic Party of RS, 30 out of total 56 in SO, decided after the consultations with the now president Miodrag Pajic to postpone the continuation of the session, although they had necessary quorum. SARAJEVO - The Government of Republika Srpska /RS/, presided by prime minister Gojko Klickovic, accepted in Pale the Proposal of the decision on privatisation of enterprises through the public sale, and proposals of decisions about transfer of the right on management and exemption of customs duty. While discussing about the process of privatisation in RS, the ministers stressed that it will not be stopped, and that at the end of December will be held the second round of free allocation of state capital to the citizens who were registered in the centres for privatisation. SARAJEVO - The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H adopted the Law about the passports, in accordance with the agreement which was reached at the Bonn Conference. The session, which started around 19,00 h, with more than eight hours of delay, was continued by discussion about citizenship. MOSTAR - The minister of the Foreign Affairs of B&H Jadranko Prlic stated in Sarajevo that there is the basis for Parliamentary Assembly of B&H to verify the Agreement about the double citizenship between FRY and B&H. Before the session of the Houses of Representatives and People of the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H, Prlic said for the Croatian radio Herceg- Bosna that "the Presidency of B&H came out with the statement by which they require from FRY to enable citizens of B&H, i.e. RS to get double citizenship". BRCKO - The mayor of Brcko Borko Reljic stated that the representatives of the Serbian political parties in this city delivered to the Office of the supervisor more proposals for organisation of the multi-ethnical administration in accordance with his order. Reljic said for SRNA that all proposals are coming from two key matters - preserving Serbian National interests and endeavouring that nobody of temporarily employed dare not stay without job. BANJA LUKA - The delegates of the Assembly of the city Banja Luka even on the seventh continuation of the First constitutive session did not elect the mayor, his deputy and president of Executive board of the city.
