At the press conference held after the meeting with the British State Secretary for Defence George Robertson, Ms Plavsic stressed that "the coming elections would contribute to the faster democratisation, economic rehabilitation and establishing the governing of Law in RS.SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik talked in Pale with the chief of OSCE mission in B&H Robert Frowick about the impending parliamentary and presidential elections in RS. The meeting attended also the president of the National Assembly Dragan Kalinic, vice- president of the Government Velibor Ostojic, Frowick's deputy Richard Elerkman and political director of OSCE Vladimir Kuznjetsov. "The platform of the government which our delegation will advocate on the Vienna conference on the arbitrage about Brcko is not changed, because by Dayton Agreement we had got this city and it has to stay in the composition of RS", said Klickovic. SARAJEVO - The vice-president of RS Government Aleksa Buha denied in Pale the information which issued the agency Tanjug that the delegation of RS last week signed the Protocol about the cooperation with the Government of the Russian Federation. At the press conference Buha explained that in question is wrong journalists interpretation about the Protocol signed by the delegation of RS with city Government of Moscow on Friday October 17. SARAJEVO - The vice-president of RS Government for social activities Velibor Ostojic talked in Pale with the Greek Ambassador in Sarajevo Prokopios Manzuranis about establishing the cooperation between Thessaloniki and Serbian Sarajevo universities. The talks on cooperation started during the attendance of Greek Ambassador on the cultural manifestation "Visegradska staza" /Visegrad's path/, and more concrete agreements will follow after the rector of the University in Serbian Sarajevo Vojislav Maksimovic send the letter to the chief of the Catedre for international economic relations in Thessaloniki Iljas Termos. BIJELJINA - The municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ of Bijeljina most sharply condemned "the vandalism of destroying the Serbian Radio-TV in this city", warning that the end result of such actions would easily be establishing the complete informational darkness. PODGORICA - The part of Democratic Party of Socialists which support Momir Bulatovic will not recognise the results of the second round of the presidential elections in Montenegro until all doubts in its regularity were not removed - was announced from the Executive Head quarters of the presidential candidate Bulatovic.
