"I explained to Mr. Gaudel that any agreement, so also this, Belgrade's, is welcomed for calming down the situation in RS", stressed Ms. Plavsic after the meeting.SARAJEVO - The minister of Defence of Germany Vaulker Reuhe talked in Sarajevo behind the closed door with the members of the Presidency of B&H, after what there were no statements and announcements. After that, the president from RS in the Presidency of B&H Momcilo Krajisnik separately talked with the High international representative Carlos Westendorp and brigade general Endrew Figers. SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly /NS/ of RS Dragan Kalinic assessed in Pale that the occupying the Serbian radio-TV /SRT/ transmitters the international community continued the violation of the Constitution and Laws of RS, which first started the president of RS Biljana Plavsic. While participating in the public tribune of SRT, organised on the occasion of action "Slobodno" /freely/, Kalinic reminded on the genesis of the crisis in RS and stressed that the occupying the relays of SRT represent the special occupation of the state property with the aim of cancelling the state institutions. At the tribune of SRT also talked the delegate of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ in NS RS Miroslav Radovanovic who assessed this occupation by SFOR as "anti-civilisation act and continuity of the occupation of one evil power, being conducted already for the longer time". SARAJEVO - RS is interested for reorganisation of the police in the accordance with the requests of IPTF and other international organisations, but for such a process are necessary the resources and longer time period - stressed the minister of the Internal Affairs Slavko Paleksic while talking with the deputy commissioner of IPTF Werner Shum in Pale. As stated in the public announcement from the ministry for Internal Affairs /MUP/, Mr. Shum stressed that IPTF is ready to provide all necessary assistance during the reorganisation of Serbian police, what primarily is related to the reduction of number of policeman, as well as the issuing the identification cards to the members of the ministry. BRCKO - The minister of Urbanism in the RS Government Ratko Misanovic, stated that the accusations of the supervisor for the region of Brcko Robert Farrand for not exact public informing about their agreement from September 25, are unfounded and arbitrarily uttered - without respecting facts. Stressing that on September 30 he reacted on the protocol in written form from the meeting with mayor and supervisor, on which was said that the firms from RS will participate in the rehabilitation of houses in the edge zone, Misanovic explained that he characterised such agreement as the progress in creating the security for Serbian population and Moslem returnees in the edge areas of Brcko. BANJA LUKA - RS will survive along with the help of its army, because it is unique on the whole territory - said in Banja Luka the commander of the First Corps of RS army /VRS/ colonel general Momir Talic. While addressing the new generation of young officers, allocated to duties in the garrisons of the First Corps, the general Talic stressed that VRS is most successive Serbian army in the newest history of Serbs, because, "looking proportionally in the past war it had the least casualties". BRCKO - The supervisor for Brcko Robert Farrand called the building of the Serbian orthodox church in the city the political problem, not religious need. While insisting on stoppage of building of the church of the Saint Martyr Sunday in the settlement of the Fifth Kozara brigade, which was build to the roof, Farrand warned that the future temple of the Lord is the obstacle for returning Moslems in the city. DOBOJ - The president of the Doboj's Jewish municipality Atijas Mordehaj condemned the occupying of the transmitters of Serbian radio-television /SRT/ by members of SFOR. He stressed that the democracy cannot be imposed by the non-democratic methods as SFOR has done while occupying the transmitters of SRT, adding that the use of the force in imposing discipline to the media is unfamiliar to all democratic systems. TILBURG - The foundation "The Serbian informational-cultural centre from Holland and the correspondent's office of the press agency SRNA support the protest of employees in SRT - studio Serbian Sarajevo - against illegal occupying of transmitters by SFOR. DOBOJ - In the region of the municipality Doboj, in the zone of separation between RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/, monthly is returning around 100 Moslem families - is announced at the session of the Executive Board of the Municipality Doboj. According to the data, which Doboj's department of the Ministry for Refugees and displaced persons forwarded to the Executive Board, UNHCR until now approved 2,069 applications of Moslems for return in the region of this municipality. BIJELJINA - The president of the Executive Board of Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ RS Mirko Blagojevic assessed in Bijeljina that the success of the Serbian radicals at the local elections in Republika Srpska and the presidential in Serbia is the key event for the Serbian people.
