BRCKO - Unnecessary delay of voters registration for the local elections in Brcko represent a trick of the international community, which attempts to keep tensions high in the city and direct attention of the international public at this area, believes the president of the Brcko SDS Municipal Board, Simo Kojic. Kojic said the delay of voters registration for Thursday represents a denial of civic and human rights to Brcko residents, because voter registration must be conducted uniformly. SARAJEVO - Destiny of Dusan Tadic - who was found "guilty for crimes against humanity and for torture", is completely uncertain, because they is a possibility of mixed identity and doubts over the validity of arguments, stated deputy foreign minister in the B-H Council of Ministers, Dragan Bozanic. He is suspicious about a way of proving Tadic's guilt in the investigation process. BANJALUKA - NATO commander for Europe, US general George Joulwan is satisfied with his visit NATO troops stationed in RS, first of all Dutch and Canadian Battalion and with the talks with RS president Biljana Plavsic. Before return to his base in Belgium, he stated at the Mahovljani airport, near Banjaluka, that he was especially pleased "with good cooperation between SFOR and local commanders". BRCKO - Bus lines between RS and Federation of B-H were opened for UNHCR buses in the area of Brcko. SARAJEVO - In preparation of the elections in B-H, the Provisional Electoral Commission set up the Experts commission for Media to supervise and implement PEC Rules and Regulations concerning media during the elections.
