"If do the job well, we would have the city of Brcko organised as a model of a city where law is observed, and where results of economic investment and prosperity are evident", stated president Plavsic, and repeated that "RS received guarantees that its residents would not be forced to move from the territory".

HAMBURG - The international observers believe that the refugees in B-H should settle in their nationally dominant areas, because this would finish the ethnic division between the Serbs, Croats and Muslims, claims the German paper "Welt am Sontag". According to the paper, the prevailing opinion among foreign observers and diplomats that the initialled division between the Muslims, Serbs and Croats would be finally "cemented".

ROME - Muslim authorities in Sarajevo do not allow the Serbs and Croats the return to their repaired apartments, which represent a violation of once multi-ethnic status of this city, writes the Italian press.
