BANJA LUKA - The deputy High Representative of international community Michael Steiner confirmed in Banja Luka that in last night's talks with the president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic "was reached the high degree of accordance in implementing the civil aspects of Dayton Agreement". At the press conference, Steiner precisely stated that Mrs. Plavsic stressed the need for urgent democratisation of all structures, so the international community could start to provide the necessary financial aid, i.e. the process of renewal and reconstruction of RS and B&H Federation.

SARAJEVO - The minister of traffic and communication in RS Government Nedeljko Lajic talked in Pale with the representatives of Belgian company "Van Hul" and InduSuez Bank about purchasing the busses form the production programme of this firm and about the long-term cooperation, what would be realised in a short time period - according to Laic. The minister acquainted the Belgian economic delegation with the needs of RS for procurement of the busses of high tourist class, inter-city and city busses and small busses from this famous producer.

PRIJEDOR - Zarko Glusac and Bosko Vukelic, arrested by Moslem police and in the zone of separation in the village Podvidaca yesterday and led in Sanski Most, were returned on the territory of the Prijedor Municipality. As said in the statement of the Police Station in Prijedor, the mentioned civilians were arrested during working in the field and led in the Centre for Social Work in Sanski Most, where, under threats, were inquired by the federal police.

BANJA LUKA - The president of the National Party /NS/ Milorad Zivanovic assessed at the press conference in Banja Luka that the Agreement about the Special Parallel Connections between RS and FR Yugoslavia is the positive step in the development of the two Serbian states. according to him, the Agreement had to be signed one year before, immediately after the Dayton's one.

KRAGUJEVAC - The vice-president of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ Tomislav Nikolic stated that FR Yugoslavia have to recognise RS and enable it to be attached to Serbia, otherwise, according to him, everything else is just a political marketing.

BELGRADE - The Belgrade's lawyer Branislav Tapuskovic, who before the international court for war crimes in Hague defends Zejnil Delalic, was threatening the Serbs who have to appear in that court. One of the witnesses, who wanted to stay anonymous, said that Mr. Tapuskovic had offered him money for perjury.

SARAJEVO - The representative of the Cabinet of the president of Federation B&H /F B&H/ Martin Raguz assessed, in the statement for the Croatian Radio Mostar, that "the pressure against Croats within F B&H, in recent times, was turned into the real terror, while the exclusive responsibility for weakening the Federation most frequently was tried to be imputed to Croats".

TRAVNIK - The Moslem authorities from the part of municipality Novi Travnik, which is under control of B&H Army, "reiterated the torture with thirst against 15,000 citizens of Croatian ethnic affiliation" - reports the Croatian Radio in Mostar. As this radio reports, Moslems were blackmailing, tortured and tantalised the Croatian citizens with thirst for days in the November last year, "using water as the means for political blackmail, violating in that way, the most basic civilisation's and international legal norms".
