"The provisional rules are not completed yet, but I have been reassured and I hope that all people will be able to live where they live now or where they intend to live", stated minister Buha, expressing his hope that the OSCE will stand behind these promises so that "we could peacefully await municipal elections". "I hope that our insistence in relation to the elections will be taken into account during the final review of the rules", added Buha.ZVORNIK - The entry of Serb police into the village of Dugi Do, in the municipality of Zvornik, planned for tomorrow, was delayed for Wednesday because of Muslim religious holiday, this was agreed to upon request of the US SFOR First Division commander, general Montgomery Migs. BANJALUKA - The municipal board of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) for Banjaluka, asked for an urgent summoning of the SRS Main Board and exclusion its deputies from the National Assembly who are not sticking to the Party's programme.
