Germen stated for SRNA that he was "deeply confident about the cooperativeness of RS authorities in dealing with sensible issues such as the human rights protection".SARAJEVO - In the National Museum in Sarajevo, members of the B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, Alija Izetbegovic and Kresimir Zubak signed at about 2000 hrs the Statement on principles of work of the joint institutions. Krajisnik signed the statement on the work of joint institutions. High representative Carl Bildt, confirmed that the places of the next two meetings were agreed to according to principles of work. President Krajisnik stated that "today's agreement is a contribution to peace and a wish that peace takes a hold". PRIJEDOR - The president of the Prijedor Municipal Board of the Serbian Radical Party (RS), Miodrag Deretic, stated that the Muslims in Sanski Most formed their Police an other municipal authorities, which, in case of Muslim victory at the local elections they would transfer to Prijedor. SARAJEVO - President of the Arbitration Commission for the Inter-Entity Boundary Line in the Brcko Area, Roberts Oven, talked in Sarajevo with Kresimir Zubak, member of the B-H Presidency, and vice-president of the Corat-Muslim Federation, Ejup Ganic. Muslim Radio-Sarajevo revealed no information from the meeting, but reported that Ganic asked for a speeded up arbitration, insisting upon the city of Brcko to be the arbitration subject.
