NOVI SAD - The Serbian Radical Party again appeal to refu gees eligible to vote in Republika Srpska and CroatMoslem Feder- ation to do the patriotic duty and vote this coming September 14. The party fears that almost 100,000 votes from Yugoslavia might be "redirected or stolen because OSCE which is entrusted with holding the elections, hasn't secured any sort of control over polling stations, this being unthinkable in its member states".

DOBOJ - UN employees and members of international humanitar ian organisations working in Doboj have returned to their jobs after having stopped working on IFOR instructions stemming from the dread nought action.SRNA was told by the OSCE Doboj Office the IPTF were the first to leave the Doboj area, followed by UN representatives and the international humanitarian organisations and OSCE.

BERLIN - While the Western media found only Serbs to be culpable for alleged war crimes in Srebrenica, we now have Moslem refugees accusing Naser Oric and his mafia for crimes against their own people. According to the Moslem paper "Ljiljan", citing "Junge Welle", witnesses claim that Oric's people conducted 19 executions of their own people, before the VRS entered Srebreni ca.

HAMBURG - According to the "Saechische Zeitung" there is so much hatred between the Croats and Moslems that cooperation between these two peoples is in general impossible, especially in Mostar where the Croats will not give up their strategic goal: the division of the city and the proclamation of HercegBosna's capital. Vienna's News reporter in Mostar maintains that "the CroatMoslem Federation isn't worth the paper its written on.

PARIS - "Le Figaro" says that IFOR declared a state of maximum alert in Republika Srpska and the MoslemCroat Federation because, according to the Pentagon, scouts were observed spying American bases and the Americans fear they might be attacked. Even though its not said what they fear, it's known that all their bases are in MoslemCroat federation territory.

BELGRADE - The president of the Democratic Party of Serbia /DSS/ Mirko Petrovic assessed that in RS, "in spite of pressures, Serbian Democratic Party is most popular still, because behind it stands the struggle for the Serbian state". "No any pressure from abroad can't deceive the people in RS in some basic convictions", concluded Petrovic at the press conference in Belgrade.

BANJA LUKA - The Serbian Party of Kraina /SSK/ assesses that "in the postwar period the process of renewal and reconstruction is most easily done in the agricultural resources, and they are in RS very rich and must be used".

BELGRADE - The president of the Executive Board of the Democratic Centre /IO DC/ Bora Kuzmanovic welcome the normalisa tion of relations between FR Yugoslavia and Croatia, while warn ing that "it must comprise, before all, normal life of citizens"."It comprises the electoral right, secure the condi tions for return of refugees, first of all in Croatia, and pro tection of the property of citizens which live in one state, and have property in another", stated Kuzmanovic at the press confer ence in Belgrade.
