In a statement for SRNA, he specified that more than 90% of refugees and displaced persons and domicile population have been so far registered in the Municipality of Osmaci. DOBOJ - The Municipal Electoral Commission in Doboj, report ed that 8,000 refugees and displaced persons with the right to vote and 1, 400 domicile citizens have registered themselves for the upcoming elections. BRATUNAC - Two offices of the Municipal Electoral Commission and a mobile team on the ground carried out the registration of about 11,000 voters, out of which 5,448 or 70% are refugees, temporarily being housed in the municipality. BANJALUKA - The ICRC office in Banjaluka delivered to the RS and the CroatMuslim Federation additional list of about 2,612 persons who have been missing since the war broke out in the former B-H. A communique says that the RS and the CroatMuslim federation have thus far informed of about 296 missing cases, as well as of the list of 456 unidentified bodies of deceased sol diers and civilians. VLASENICA - Last night, at about 21:30 hours, due to explosives planted, a IPFT car was destroyed in front of the house wherein international policemen are stationed, stated the Vlasenica Police station for SRNA.
