A part of bill dividing the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare into two separate ministries will be discussed at the next session scheduled for Monday 17 June. SARAJEVO - The delegation of the RS Government will take part at 13 and 14 June International Conference in Florence, devoted to the further implementation of the Dayton peace accord. Representatives of countries signatories of the document, as well as the Contact Croup members will take part at the Conference, while the RS representative will, like representatives of other parties, have a right to five minutes of introductory speech. The Serb delegation will be comprised of RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic, foreign minister Aleksa Buha, minister for refugees and displaced persons Ljubisa Vladusic, minister of judiciary Marko Arsovic, who will go for Florence on Thursday, June 13. BANJALUKA - The governor of the RS National Bank Manojlo Djoric stated in Banjaluka that, the delegations of the RS and the CroatMuslim Federation National Banks agreed on establish ment of monetary flow on the base of goods exchange and clearing payments in German Marks. At the meeting, held in Medjugorje, near Citluk, with the presence of the International Monetary Fund representative, they agreed an immediate formation of experts groups for monetary flow between RS and the Federation. BANJALUKA - The president of the Banjaluka Municipality Predrag Radic, stated today in an interview for SRNA that the development of the Banjaluka Municipality is based on the wide range of industrial capacities and qualified cadre educated at the Banjaluka University. "Banjaluka disposes of very strong industrial capacities and the Banjaluka University, as well, which educates the cadre for electric industry, production of machinery, hydraulics, chemical industry and other capacities", stated Radic. BELGRADE - The professor of the international law, Smilja Avramov, stated in Belgrade that the aim of the Declaration on termination of proceedings of the Hague Tribunal against the RS president Radovan Karadzic is his return into the negotiating team, and thus on the political stage of RS. "This is the way 24 signatories of the Declaration intend to help president karadzic", stated Avramov. DOBOJ - The Doboj officials denied an news item by "Free Europe" Radio on alleged incidents in the municipality, on which occasion UNHCR officials were allegedly mistreated, assessing it as spiteful. According to "Free Europe", a group of refugees housed in the Doboj community of Koraj provoked, verbally and physically, UNHCR staff. But the municipal officials confirmed that there is no community named Koraj in the area. NOVI SAD - The president of the Serbian Radical Party Board for SouthBacki District, Milorad Mircic, stated at a press conference in Novi Sad that this party "is to participate at the elections in RS". "The question of coalition with the Serbian Democratic Party will be resolved before or after elections, but we presented our positions at gatherings throughout RS", ex plained Mircic. BERLIN - The Berlin daily paper Tages Zeitung concludes that it came to a serious disagreements and differences in attitudes between Alija Izetbegovic's Muslim government and the official Washington. According to the German paper, the Muslims do not agree with U.S. position that the elections in the former B-H should be held by September 14, as was initially predicted by the Dayton agreement and the Paris and Rome agreements. MOSTAR - The Muslim police expelled 11 Croat families from the villages of Ovcarevo and Radica Brdo, W of Travnik, who returned to their homes in the recent few months, reports Croat RadioHerzeg-Bosnia.
