SARAJEVO - The delegates of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Stari Grad Board sent a letter of support to the RS president Radovan Karadzic and RS Army commander general Ratko Mladic. MOSTAR - The European administration issued an agreement reached between the Muslims and Croats in this city about the ways and time of the elections in the city, reports AFP. The agreemtn was signed by the European administrator for Mostar Riakrdo Peres Kasado, mayor of Muslim part of Mostar Safet Ocurevic, and deputy mayor of the Croat part of Mostar, Mile Puljic. STOLAC - A group of 200 Muslim refugees were thwarted in their intention to visit their homes in Stolac. The Croat police limited movement for Muslim refugees only to the main street, while IPTF and UNHCR were present during the Muslim trip. "The presence of the police clearly showed the Muslims that this visit was something especial. It was a step back in securing freedom of movement", stated UNHCR spokesperson Ariana Kantier.
