Renewal of efforts

The new round of consultations of the Secretary-General's representatives in Nicosia, Athens and Ankara which took place in February 1992, failed to move matters forward. The international community expressed deep concern over the impasse in the U.N. initiative on Cyprus and reiterated that the continuing division of Cyprus is tragic and wrong.
